Daily Vegas ~ Wordless Wednesday & "I Believe in"

My Wordless Wednesday: (Hubs, this one is just for you! - still think we don't need to fence off the entertainment system?? Huh?)

Mrs. Trophy Wife over at Expliots of a Military Wife has a Meme that she hosts called

This week I decided to join in on this one. Sometimes it is nice to remind yourself about the little things in life that make it so precious. Especially when you are like me and desperately missing your hubby and wishing he was home more than ever. I love you babe. xoxxo...

So without further ado... I BELIEVE

**In the magic of caterpillars and beautiful butterflies. I will never cease to be amazed at their beauty. One of God's amazing creations.**

**My son may have a slight obsession with boxes. It is a rare day when he doesn't find one to sit in. **

**In the power of the written word, and it's ability to make us happy, sad, thankful, weary, suspicious, powerful, amazed. One of my favorite things are emails from my husband when he is overseas. There is something so permanent about putting your thoughts to paper.**

**In exposing your children to music at an early age. Music inspires creativity and imagination which I believe are building blocks to a happy childhood.**
(Squish watching a Music show at the Mall of America)

**In the art of Babywearing, and the bonding and learning experiences it creates for both parent and child.**
**In free-will, and changing your hair color just because you feel like it. Even if it doesn't always turn out as planned.**

**In the way jeans and a tee shirt have the ability to make you feel normal, comfortable, and laid back just by putting them on.**

**That while it may not be nice to take a picture of your child pooping, there are few things like a funny poop face to make having to change the dirty diaper worth it. Sorry Squish.**

**In the unconditional love a parent has for their child. And the love that is created between a couple when a child comes into their life. It is like falling in love with your spouse all over again for completely new reasons.**

**In the way Champagne makes your nose tickle and your body feel funny after only a few sips. (which is usually just the right amount.)**

**That you really don't know how much your parents love you until you are a parent yourself.**

**In happily ever afters, even when times are trying, exhausting, and hard.**

Thanks Mrs. Trophy Wife. That was fun and cathartic.

That picture in the tv stand is AWESOME! Can't believe he climbed up in there.
And I love those I believe statements. Pooping faces can be the best sometimes.

Love this post. Those pictures are absolutely adorable! And I totally agree with Baby Wearing. It has saved my life! I have a little boy that despises strollers, so this is a perfect way to get around and make mama and baby happy.

Stopping by from the Blog Hop too!

I love what you said about exposing your children to music. I sang constantly when both my boys were little and always had music playing. Now, in addition to singing in the shower (very loudly), they both play violins (they say Irish fiddle!).

I just wish I could take pictures as well as you.

Um, that quote at the very top of your blog? About the spaces between your fingers? Has that always been there? I love it, and I know I've been here before, but I don't remember it. Adorable!
